In the above photo we reglazed the interior, exterior, and feet of a clawfoot tub for a customer near St. Louis. The interior and exterior were done in bright white while the feet were done in metallic silver. The cost for all of the reglazing was well under $2,000 by SLBTR. If this customer was cost conscious we could just do the interior and lip only of a clawfoot tub normally for under $1,000. All of the work we did came with our 10 year warranty.

- Mask off the work area.
- Setup a fume exhauster to help mitigate dust and odor.
- Remove caulk or silicone between the tub and tile.
- Clean the surfaces to be reglazed thoroughly.
- Make any needed repairs to the surfaces being reglazed.
- Sand the surfaces as needed.
- Use a chemical to promote adhesion.
- Professionally spray multiple coats of our proprietary coating.
- Re-caulk as needed.
- Remove masking materials.
- Clean up the work area as needed.
- Go over the care instructions with you.
- You can use your like new tub in 24 hours.

How Long Does It Take To Reglaze A Bathtub?
Well that depends on the size and condition of course. Normally it takes anywhere from 3 to 6 hours to reglaze a standard size bathtub.
What If The Bathtub Has Been Reglazed Previously?
Then it should be professionally stripped before it’s reglazed again. If we don’t remove the failing coating it will continue to fail and take the new coating with it.
Can We Repair A Rusty Bathtub?
Yes we will use a chemical to remove the rust and then we will fill the area and sand it smooth. If your bathtub has rust additional charges may apply contact our office for details.
